Rates

All prices listed are per person and per night, based on a minimum of 2 adults sharing a room and a minimum stay of 3 nights or more. Please note that minimum room rates apply. Single usage is subject to a surcharge per night and is available for select rooms only.

Included: VAT is included in all prices. Our breakfast buffet is also included for our rooms and available for an additional charge for our apartments.

Not included: local taxes € 1.70 per person/day. Children under the age of 15 do not pay local taxes!

CHILDREN DISCOUNT

CHILDREN PRICES

Children under the age of 3, stay free of charge. Please do not include these children in the guest count when booking online. Cribs are available upon request.

Children receive between 30% and 50% discount depending on their age. The child discount only applies to at least 2 adults per room.

Children 15 years of age and over should be booked as adults.

All our policies apply to the child’s age on the date of check-in.

DEPOSIT

When you make a reservation, we ask for a payment method to secure your booking. A deposit of 50% is applied 90 days prior to your check-in date.

The balance owed is due in full at check-out time and can be paid in cash or credit card.

CANCELLATIONS

Please note that all cancellations must be sent to us in writing at:

In the case of a cancellation, the following costs will be charged to you:

Up to 30 days before planned arrival, cancellation free of charge and deposit will be refunded.

For any later cancellation or non-arrival, you will be charged 100% of the total booking amount.

To avoid any unnecessary costs in the case of a cancellation and in the event of a mountain rescue (including by helicopter), we recommend that you take out a travel insurance policy with Europäischen Reiseversicherung.

Breakfast

Our healthy and delicious breakfast buffet is served between 7:30 and 9:30 am on the main floor.

Dinner

We serve small dishes as well as pizza & burgers on some days especially for our guests. Half board is possible on request.

Beverages

Cold and hot beverages are available for purchase throughout the day on the main floor.

Free Parking

Complimentary parking is available for cars, in addition to covered parking for motorcycles.

Storage Lockers

Lockers are available in both the summer and winter to protect and store your sports equipment.

Free WIFI

Enjoy our complimentary WIFI and internet access throughout our Pension and guest rooms.
