Hiking in Austria provides a unique experience as you will find many cozy alpine huts along the way. Indulging in local specialties such as “Kaiserschmarren” (pancakes with fruit) is a must.
MOUNTAIN BIKING
The Glemm valley is a mountain bike paradise, with many mountain bike trails as well as great bike parks in Leogang and Saalbach Hinterglemm. Many lifts in the valley, operate in the summer and provide bike transport.
SWIMMING
A short drive away from Viehhofen, you will find Zell am See, a charming town situated directly on the lake. Here you will find endless bathing opportunities and activities for the entire family.
